Ocean Cruise Itinerary

DAY 1: Bergen, embarkation

Spend some time exploring charming Bergen, an important Hanseatic trading post, before embarking your ship.

DAY 2: Florø – Molde

Visit the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. On Mount Aksla, you'll see a statue of King Gange Rolv, founder of the Viking kingdom.

DAY 3: Kristiansund – Rørvik

Enjoy a special half-day sightseeing tour of the old Viking city of Trondheim. We will visit Nidaros Cathedral and the NTNU museum where various artefacts from the Viking Era are displayed.

DAY 4: Brønnøysund – Svolvær

Today, you cross the Arctic Circle and enter the Auroral Zone. You will also be taken to the Lofotr Viking Museum, on the site of the largest reconstructed longhouse where you will be treated to a Viking meal with mead.

DAY 5: Stokmarknes – Skjervøy

Experience classic Arctic excursions in Tromsø like dogsledding and snowshoeing. Or enjoy a pint of Nordic craft beer in the Ølhallen pub.

DAY 6: Øksfjord – Berlevåg

As we sail through Finnmark, you'll feel a primaeval quality in the air. Join an excursion to the spectacular North Cape, and stand at the top of the world.

DAY 7: Båtsfjord – Kirkenes – Berlevåg

A short distance from the Russian border, your ship turns at Kirkenes, and ports that were visited at night northbound are now seen during the day southbound.

DAY 8: Mehamn – Tromsø

Take a polar hike in Hammerfest during the day, and enjoy the Arctic delights of Tromsø at night.

DAY 9: Tromsø – Stamsund

An inclusive excursion brings you on a journey through the Vesterålen coast for stunning views of Hinnøya Island, Gullesfjord, and Sigerfjord. We also stop at the medieval Trondenes Church outside Harstad.

DAY 10: Bodø – Rørvik

Learn about the myths and legends that surround the imposing SevenSisters mountain range and TorghattenMountain.

DAY 11: Trondheim – Ålesund

Return to the royal city of Trondheim then onto Kristiansund, passing by the peaks of the Romsdal Alps on the way to Molde.

DAY 12: Bergen, disembarkation

Your Norse adventure ends back in Bergen. Book a post-voyage extension to explore more.
